Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and maintain 3D ship models.
    • Perform Lightship Weight Estimation and weight tracking.
    • Conduct Stability Analysis and prepare stability documentation.
    • Perform Longitudinal Strength Calculations.
    • Carry out Freeboard Calculations in accordance with applicable regulations.
    • Prepare Tank Calibration Reports.
    • Conduct Inclining Experiments and Draft Surveys.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders on design and engineering activities.
    • Prepare technical reports and engineering documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable statutory rules and classification society requirements.
    • Review and understand ship structural arrangements and components.
Required Technical Skills
    • Knowledge and experience in:
    • 3D Modelling
    • Lightship Weight Estimation
    • Stability Analysis
    • Longitudinal Strength Calculations
    • Freeboard Calculations
    • Tank Calibration Reports
    • Inclining Experiments
    • Draft Surveys
    • Basic knowledge of statutory rules and regulatory requirements.
    • Basic understanding of ship structures.

    • FORAN
    • Maxsurf
    • IR Hull
    • Ansys
    • AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
    • Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Profile
    • Basic knowledge of ship design and modelling software.
    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong planning, reporting, and documentation abilities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Adaptable, proactive, and willing to learn.
Qualification
    • Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Naval Architecture.
Experience
    • 2-3yrs experience in Naval Architecture, Ship Design, Stability, or Marine Engineering projects is preferred.
